Three Questions for Steve Münzel

What was your starting point?

Before we introduced Corporate Planner in 2017, we didn't have any separate software for corporate performance management at our company. This meant that producing reports, whether they were comprehensive or detailed, was often a huge amount of effort. Our aim was to introduce a comprehensive and uniform reporting system, from the company overview through to the cost centre analysis, so that we could obtain meaningful numbers with a standardized approach. 

What are your highlights?

With Corporate Planner we can drill down from the highest aggregation level of the company, through divisions, facilities, cost centres, accounts and postings, to display the respective data quickly and transparently in just a few clicks.

What lessons have you learned?

With a good software solution, such as the one from Corporate Planning, even a diversified complex care facility can have targeted and flexible access to detailed information and get a quick and efficient overview of the company. The Web Client, as the central access portal for all managers, plays a major role here.
