Highlights from the current release - new features for consolidation in the Web Client
With the current release, we are expanding the range of capital consolidation functions in the Web Client to include central tools for even more efficient, transparent and intuitively controllable group consolidation. The new functions support you in visualizing complex structures more easily, automating processes and providing audit-proof reports.
Graphical scope of consolidation in the Web Client
The group structure is now displayed visually in the Web Client as an interactive consolidation group. The graphical view provides an intuitive overview of all companies - including a progress monitor and status display directly on the respective tiles. Thanks to various sorting options and zoom functions, subgroups or individual companies can be specifically selected and edited. Corporate actions can be initiated directly from the scope of consolidation. The group can also be exported - for easy transfer and documentation .

Enhanced purchase price allocation in the Web Client
Purchase price allocation is now fully integrated into the Web Client and has been significantly expanded in terms of functionality. This makes the recording and allocation of purchase prices in the context of capital consolidation even more precise and efficient.

- Automated, linear reversal of negative goodwill (PUB )
- Integrated control totals to check the plausibility of postings

Perform deconsolidation and transition consolidation in the Web Client
As part of capital consolidation, deconsolidations and transition consolidations can now also be carried out directly in the Web Client as corporate actions. This supports the mapping of group changes - for example in the case of disposals, mergers or restructurings - in the system without media discontinuity and in a traceable manner .

Report on updated capital consolidation
A new report is now available in the app for capital consolidation, which provides a transparent presentation of the updated capital consolidation. The report provides a detailed breakdown of equity items, minority interests and differences and shows developments over several reporting periods - for maximum traceability and comparability .

Posting templates & execution plans
Posting templates are now available in the Web Client, which can be used to efficiently prepare and standardize recurring posting processes. By using basic templates, uniform posting templates can be provided for all companies - ideal for central specifications within the group.
In addition, execution plans can be defined, including frequency and end date. This means that posting templates can be executed automatically and on time - without any manual effort.
