C. Bergmann KG

    Three Questions for Christina Greifeneder

    What was your starting point?

Before we rolled out Corporate Planner, we did all our reporting and budgeting in Excel and DCW. Preparing plan variants and forecasts took a long time and errors slipped in easily.

    What are your highlights?

One highlight is the introduction of the web client, in which we can create and configure folders with different content for different recipients. Another highlight is how easy it is to prepare forecasts. There's also the flexible connection to various source systems.

    What lessons have you learned?

The implementation of the software does involve a certain amount of time for training and building the structures, but ultimately provides you with completely new possibilities and freedoms when analysing and interpreting company data. And, thanks to the CP-Connectivity Express interface, it's easy to switch from one source system to another.

"We chose the Corporate Planning solutions because the software provides us with more flexible and efficient reporting. Preparing forecasts and plan variants, in particular, is now a lot easier, and our day-to-day work benefits from the speed at which we can create transparency across our business units. I can expand the reports individually for each manager as required."
