At Kärntner Landesversicherung, we have been working with the Corporate Planning software since 2009. Our objective was to set up a standardised cost plan and a transparent income statement. The challenge was also to depict our existing balanced scorecard in a way that made sense. The Corporate Planning software has been excellent in helping us accomplish these tasks. It is used at our company for operational management as well as strategic management. I’d particularly like to point out that the software is constantly being developed and enhanced. The direct connection to our pre-system via the CP-Connectivity interface provides the transparency we needed for our costs while ensuring that all the relevant data are also visible in Corporate Planner. The Corporate Planning software is ideal for our analyses at present; the web client and Corporate Planner BSC are used for planning and reporting throughout the company.
