What was your starting point?
Preparing financial data for various decision-makers was often a lengthy process that involved many manual steps. The integrated plans could only be modelled using time-consuming Excel solutions.

What are your highlights?
The decision-makers of the entire group have a well-structured, clear view of their budget and actual financial data with the Corporate Planner web application.
In corporate performance management, many processes have been automated by means of the planning software, most notably the calculation of the integrated plan. For our corporate performance management department, the administration of the tool is simple and doesn't involve much work.

What lessons have you learned?
With a good software solution, such as the one by Corporate Planning, many manual steps can be automated. This means that work time can be used more efficiently and, above all, more effectively. Easy administration is essential, particularly in small corporate performance management and finance departments.
