Hölscher Wasserbau GmbH
Three Questions for Maria Borgmann
What was your starting point?
Our consolidation work was carried out in Excel before we introduced Corporate Planner.
What are your highlights?
Eliminating intercompany debt and income at account level with the help of the consolidation input masks.
What lessons have you learned?
If your subsidiaries have different charts of accounts, you should consider introducing a common chart of accounts first.
