What was your starting point?
Before we introduced Corporate Planner, we did all our consolidation work in Excel.
 
What are your highlights?
The consolidation input masks when eliminating intercompany debt and income at account level have made our work a whole lot easier.
 
What lessons have you learned?
If your subsidiaries have different charts of accounts, it makes good sense to start by introducing a common chart of accounts for them all.
