Why did you choose the Corporate Planning software? 
In the past, consolidation was a very complex and confusing task in Excel, as was the 3-year company and subgroup plan, where the emphasis was on profit planning. Before the rollout of the consolidation and reporting solution, PROGAS only used the CP basic version on an ad-hoc basis for parts of its cost planning.  

What are your highlights? 
The integrated profit, financial and balance sheet planning at company and group level.  

What lessons have you learned? 
A uniform software solution throughout the group makes processes more reliable and increases transparency in planning, group accounting and reporting.
