UKA Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen GmbH & Co. KG

    What was your starting point?

For us, implementing Corporate Planner meant making the leap from a diverse Excel landscape with many different versions and no central database to a professional solution for operational management and integrated financial planning with consistent data storage throughout the company.

    What were your highlights?

With an effective database interface and straightforward data imports, Corporate Planning manages more than one hundred clients centrally in a single software application and with pinpoint precision.

    What lessons have you learned?

Unnecessary complexity and long phases with little progress can be avoided. We divide our major software projects into stages, each with defined target specifications, so we can celebrate successes step by step and keep even ambitious projects manageable.
