What was your starting point?

SAP B1 didn’t provide us with a profit centre analysis that fulfilled our requirements. The overhead cost allocation in that ERP system wasn’t good enough either. Besides, the expansion of our group meant that we needed consolidation software.

What were your highlights?

We particularly appreciate how easily information is made available to cost centre managers and the executive management. Whenever specific challenges arise, the experienced consultants from Corporate Planning use their know-how to help us find a solution.

What lessons have you learned?

To get the most out of the solution right from the start, we recommend involving consultants at an early stage, allocating sufficient IT resources and familiarizing the IT staff with the administration of Corporate Planner.
