What was your starting point?
REINERT Logistic chose the Corporate Planner software back in 2008. What was wanted at the time was a reporting system that would be easy to set up and that could be adapted flexibly to the information needs of the management with very little manual effort. In addition, the financial controllers were to be able to create all their key performance indicators individually.
What are your highlights?
Our reasons for choosing Corporate Planning were how easy it was to set up key performance indicators and reports with Corporate Planner, being able to create planning scenarios on an ad-hoc basis, and the close integration between CP-OC and Finance, as well as the new possibilities in the web client. Reports can be made available to our operational managers quickly and easily.
What lessons have you learned?
If you have questions or if anything's unclear, don't spend too long trying to work it out for yourself – just ask the experts instead. They've always provided quick and often very helpful advice. Never underestimate the possibilities of the CP world!
