What was your starting point?
Our standard ERP system and the Microsoft Office programs were reaching their limits and becoming too complex. As a medium-sized company, it's particularly important and necessary for us to be improving our business processes all the time. In an increasingly complex and highly regulated market, decision-making, planning and monitoring aren't getting any easier – indeed, quite the opposite is true. Limited resources must be deployed as efficiently as possible, for which we need, among other things, scenario analyses with more and more variables.

We chose Corporate Planning because, thanks to highly professional consulting, we were able to work out what we actually needed and then configure our modules accordingly.
