Wohnungsgenossenschaft Duisburg-Süd eG, with around 4,300 homes and several commercial units, is Duisburg’s largest housing association and has been in existence since 1905. Its housing stock stretches from the city centre to the south of Duisburg with direct transport links to Düsseldorf, Mülheim, Krefeld, Oberhausen and Essen. The University of Duisburg-Essen is also in the immediate vicinity of the housing stock.
