What was your starting point?
We did our reporting and planning in Excel before we rolled out Corporate Planner. Planning in Excel was becoming too complex for us: many links would cause the program to stop working and there was a high risk of error in our planning.
What are your highlights?
Thanks to the automations in planning and the configuration settings in analysis and reporting, as well as the automated import of data, we've significantly reduced the risk of error, since manual imports are no longer necessary.
What lessons have you learned?
Invest more time in the integration and onboarding at the start so that you can then get the most out of all the possibilities.
