What was your starting point?
We've been working with CP since 2008. Our starting point was that we had an unsatisfactory Excel solution and were looking for a professional solution, which we then found in CP.
What are your highlights?
We work with CP and CP-Cockpit, which we use for processing our clients' financial accounting and ERP data.
What lessons have you learned?
We struggled a lot at first with the implementation of the CP software because we didn't understand the terminology of the software world. The basic training, in particular, was not easy for us. But with a lot of patience and the help of the sales staff and consultants, we succeeded in the end.
