Messe Dornbirn is Vorarlberg’s principal marketplace. The company develops and organizes modern trade fairs with an authentic connection to the economy and society in Vorarlberg, Austria. These trade fairs provide the space and opportunity to exchange ideas, goods, services and interpersonal contacts. Messe Dornbirn stages consumer, trade and special-interest fairs and hires out its infrastructure to the organizers of sporting events, concerts, seminars, corporate festivities and balls throughout the year. Its two main fairs are SCHAU! The Vorarlberg Spring Fair and the Autumn Fair. Special-interest fairs, such as ART BODENSEE for contemporary art, the wedding fair Ach du LIEBE Zeit, the construction industry fair COM:BAU, and GUSTAV – time and space for good taste, plus the Marketing and Communication Service Exchange and the TECH.CON fair – a platform for industry, trade and manufacturing companies, complete the company’s portfolio.

The integrated interface to our financial accounting system enables us to respond rapidly to any variances or changes and to show this in new forecast calculations as an alternative to the original budget. Thus, for instance, we can easily keep an eye on variances in our cash flow that are of particular relevance. In forecasting, we appreciate most of all being able to edit data from within Excel.
