We have been working with Corporate Planner for over 20 years now. So far, we have been able to sort out all our problems relating to key performance indicators and management analyses. The biggest gain in our view is being able to prepare reports in impressive layouts extremely quickly by using the many different import options. The prerequisite for this is having first planned and built the structures in detail. This preparation takes time, but need only be carried out once. We save a lot of valuable time afterwards. We can depict all the group processes and structures that we want to look at. Our group consists of retail businesses in the form of independent Hagebau DIY stores and a major building materials supplier with five dependent branches all together – with profit and cost centres for warehousing and logistics attached below each one. What’s more, we can include our investments and our management companies and real estate companies in the structure to produce a display of the entire group. In our view, the software has made excellent progress over the years, and it’s also very practical.
