ÖSB Gruppe Management GmbH
What was your starting point? We used to monitor our costs with accounting systems and various evaluation tools. We didn't have a consistent view of the costs and revenue streams in our various group companies.
What are your highlights?
Depending on what we need, we either create custom reports in the cloud, or timesaving, standardized quarterly or annual reports for managers. What we find particularly useful are the standardized interfaces to other systems and being able to plan scenarios in different data streams. We also benefit greatly from the quick ad hoc evaluations and analyses.
What lessons have you learned?
Clear structures and standards in accounting make the data processing easier. Automating the interfaces between the systems as far as possible brings major advantages. To get the most out of the solution, you should give managers specific training and involve them in the development of your reporting system.
