Three Questions for Dustin RadixWhat was your starting point?
There was no software at the company that was in any way like Corporate Planner. This meant that we had to gather a lot of the information manually or using a large number of Excel files, which was very time-consuming and prone to error.
What are your highlights?
With the CP software, we can always update the data very easily – just by pressing a button. Structures and views can be created and customized as required. As a result, we now have fast and standardized analyses.
What lessons have you learned?
We're still at the implementation stage right now – CP-Cons hasn't yet been finalized, for instance – so more components and features, such as modelling, planning and fixed asset management, will soon follow. At the moment, our main task is still to prepare the historical financial figures.
