August Hildebrandt GmbH

    Three Questions for Jana Lohraff

    What was your starting point?

We had to start producing consolidated financial statements, and we needed a software solution with which we could display our management analyses, financial and project KPIs and the consolidation. With the Corporate Planning software, we can quickly create informative reports that make the analysis much easier. Another major advantage for us is the Corporate Planning software's well-structured consolidation function. With this, we've increased transparency even further and gained extra time for analyses.

    What are your highlights?

One of the highlights for us is being able to analyse our business figures through ready-made interfaces to the source systems. We can evaluate and analyse our management reports extremely flexibly, as consolidated statements from different perspectives and levels, as individual statements or by cost centre. At the same time, we can always keep an eye on the cash flow plan and create customized reports quickly.

    What lessons have you learned?

"We came to know the Corporate Planning software for corporate performance management through the proALPHA Group. In financial management, the CP solutions are a good tool for getting a quick and clear overview of the current financial situation. The planning data streams provide an instant comparison between budget, actual and forecast data."
