What was your starting point?
The many different source systems meant that our management reporting had previously been extremely complicated, as all the KPIs had to be prepared and made available in Excel and PowerPoint.
What are your highlights?
While searching for a BI solution, we had the opportunity to get to know Corporate Planning at a product presentation. The wide-ranging possibilities, the clearly structured user interface, the easy handling and the rapid availability of up-to-date figures and evaluations were what ultimately won us over to CP.
What lessons have you learned?
Although we're not using all the CP modules yet, we've already been using CP to provide the CEO and executive management with numerous KPIs, evaluations and variance analyses automatically, which used to take a lot of hard work to prepare. This means that we now have an extremely powerful and user-friendly planning and reporting tool and are well equipped for the future.
