EMP Biotech GmbH

    Three Questions for Silke Blessing

    What was your starting point?

We've been successfully using the Corporate Planning software through a cooperation partner for many years for our corporate performance management and internal planning. However, since we were using an outdated version, the time had come for us to upgrade our solution to bring our strategic planning and budgeting up to date.

    What are your highlights?

We're still at the development stage, so we can't say much about highlights just yet. Nevertheless, we're very satisfied with the seamless data transfer through interfaces to CP-OC and from there to Corporate Planner Finance. We particularly appreciate being able to create planning tables for each individual cost centre in the web client, which provides us with an excellent basis for budgeting.

    What lessons have you learned?

Setting up the logic blocks and using the web client are what we're focusing on now. We look forward to gaining even more valuable experience in the future.
