What was your starting point?
We began using Corporate Planner at our organization in 1996. We've seen our source systems change several times over the years and, above all, growth and restructuring within the group. The requirements of our individual departments vary considerably, yet with Corporate Planner we're able to fulfil all their wishes and respond to ad-hoc requests.
What are your highlights?
The transparency and flexibility of the tree structure: interrelationships within the business are immediately obvious. Its openness to additional source systems; automatic summaries for companies and cost centre groups; the use of the master-client concept for building and updating report structures. Numerous analysis functions. Rolling time spans – even across the year end – are easy to set.
What lessons have you learned?
We switched to the CP-Suite in 2015. The CP-Suite is easy to use, its program logic easy to follow, and its structure easy to understand. What's more, it quickly became apparent that the CP tree structure adapts extremely well to changes in health and social care practice and legislation.
