Three Questions for Christian Coordes 

What was your starting point? 

Before we introduced CP, our management reports were based on our financial accounting figures and the related cost centre accounting. They didn't include a business plan or allocations of the secondary cost centres to the main cost centres. The reporting system was rather confusing and, because the costs weren't allocated in the service areas, it wasn't very informative. 

What are your highlights? 

Highlight 1 is the high level of flexibility with which we can model our business structure to suit our needs.  

Highlight 2: We also appreciate the clear tree structure and being able to create a customized reporting system. 

What lessons have you learned? 

With the right set of tools and in-depth know-how, implementing well-structured corporate performance management is easy!

In the field of education and training, agilio provides training and qualification programmes as well as additional support at school. As a supported employment provider, agilio gGmbH enables people whose ability to participate in society is limited to have a wide range of long-term employment opportunities in inclusive business environments in fields such as catering, retail and organic farming.
