Diakoniewerk Essen Dienstleistungs- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH

    Three Questions for Stefan Schröer

    What was your starting point?

Corporate Planner was introduced in 2005 as a tool for our corporate performance management department. It was initially used for evaluating the utilization and occupancy rates of our individual facilities, with HR and financial accounting data being added later.

    What are your highlights?

Our highlights are that the CP software is very easy to use. After just a short training session, we could create the reports and queries by ourselves and, thanks to the web application, we can provide everyone with the specific analyses they need on the intranet.

    What lessons have you learned?

By merging data from various sources and using a standardized structure, a clear reporting system is easy to implement.
