Paritätische Suchthilfe Niedersachsen
Three Questions for Nadine König
What was your starting point?
We were looking for a software solution with which we could efficiently implement decentralized financial, HR and liquidity planning according to our specifications. We had always done our planning in Excel, which meant a considerable amount of manual work for our 40 local facilities. Creating reports was extremely demanding on resources and prone to errors as well.
What are your highlights?
The CP solutions are intuitive to use, so we can create an evaluation with several planning data streams, and easy, error-free planning over multiple years is guaranteed. What's more, because we can design reports and evaluations flexibly for internal and external users, such as funding providers, creating reports is now much easier for us. There's a lot less manual work involved. In the software from CP, we've found a solution for decentralized financial, HR and liquidity planning that meets our specific requirements.
What lessons have you learned?
The configuration of the structure trees is crucial for the evaluations later. This means it's important to clarify precisely which evaluations and reports you're going to need in advance. To update the structure trees when the organization or the accounts change, you need a bit of practice as well as a basic understanding of the processes in CP.
