AWO-Bezirksverband Pfalz e. V.
Three Questions for Petra Paul
What was your starting point?
Before the implementation – of CP-Finance initially – we did our business planning, budgeting and all our reporting almost entirely in Excel. This was very time-consuming, inflexible and prone to error. The automated import of data has reduced the risk of error to a minimum.
What are your highlights?
With the time slider in CP, we can change the periods under review quickly and flexibly. This provides us with new perspectives for analysing and interpreting the figures. Since other facts and figures can be displayed in CP in addition to the P&L, we now have an automated, comprehensive reporting system that is far less error-prone than Excel.
What lessons have you learned?
The consultants have always dealt very promptly and professionally with my requests so that I could soon carry on working. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
