ASB Regionalverband Mittel-Brandenburg
Three Questions for Karsten Stroczek, Authorized Officer and Commercial Director
What was your starting point?
In our old environment, extracting the management analyses was extremely complicated, and then we still had to finish them off in Excel. By replacing the financial accounting software with Corporate Planner, we made a conscious decision in favour of an innovative product from CP in our corporate performance management.
What are your highlights?
Thanks to the CP solution, analyses no longer take long to produce and we can easily prepare our reports to be used for internal as well as external purposes. There is a real-time link to our financial accounting system. The consolidation of the figures from different companies in the system saves even more time and provides reliable data.
What lessons have you learned?
Thanks to the successful implementation process with Corporate Planning, we have thoroughly analysed and optimized the processes in our financial accounting. The introduction of the software has made our corporate performance management far more efficient.

"In 2020 we switched our financial accounting and cost accounting from Sage to Micos. The Micos analyses are limited, so we looked around for a product that would meet our requirements. CP won us over. In CP, we are also looking to combine our analyses, particularly those from our source systems for elderly care, in one common tool."
